Don Moman
Director - Lamont
Don Moman is a Board Director with Battle River Power Coop and has been on the board since 2006 when the Bruderheim REA amalgamated, of which he was a director.
Other committees and Community Service Work Don has been, or is currently involved with include:
- RAC Monitoring Coordinator
- MF/HF Band Planning Committee
- Volunteer RAC Official Observer Station
- Long term and Adoptive foster care for developmentally challenged children
Don was born in Tofield and raised on a farm in the Clive area. When Don was 20 years old he obtained his Electrical Engineer Degree at the University of Alberta. He was employed in the oilfield at Dresser Atlas until 1990, when he became self employed.
Don's primary hobby is the construction of radio towers and antennas for his Amateur Ham Radio in the Lamont area.
